iPad Video Creation

Beyond point and shoot, this workshop will explore the many possibilities for creating video with the iPad that allow a level of creativity that is not possible by limiting creation to the iPad video camera. Through a combination of screencasting, animation, video editing, green screening and app-smashing, we will explore the many ways in which video creation can play a role in the classroom and how a nearly limitless number of approaches can be taken to support student learning. Along with the technical side of video creation we will also address the fundamental question of "why" and how it pertains to video creation in the classroom.
