Or you are a year or two into the process, and the crisis fires are out and the dust has settled: how do you keep the focus on improving student learning? In this session, we'll examine some of the critical considerations for teacher-leaders, IT staff, principals and other administators leading iPad efforts in schools and districts. We'll explore a checklist of key strategies for success, drawn from educational research and the example of the most successful early iPad implementations.
