Through the use of an effective Professional Learning Community (PLC), faculty and staff take ownership and pride in their small groups and learn to truly integrate new technology in their classrooms. This is accomplished through a friendly and supportive environment. This session will discuss a variety of structures for PLC’s, as well as key factors necessary in making your PLC a success for everyone involved. These factors include:
1. Support from Administrators
2. Differentiated Instruction
3. Playtime with new Technology
Today’s Meet will be used as a back channel, allowing participants to share ideas from current PLC configurations.
