So, you're planning or implementing an iPad program. How will your learners be different? What will they being doing that they can’t do now? How will you know they're better learners? Join in reviewing alternative and creative projects and activities and explore how they empower active performances of academic understanding. By the end of the session participants will be able to: 1. identify qualities of effective alternative projects and activities. 2. design activities that emerge from well-chosen questions and criteria 3. select appropriate apps and tools aligned with clear learning goals. Designed for curriculum specialists, classroom teachers, and educational technology specialists, this session features K-12 projects from social studies, language arts, world languages, math/science, and art/music classrooms.
