Think. Dream. Play. Design - The Transformational Classroom

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

What if you had 20 minutes every day to do what you wanted to do at your job - think, dream, play and design. How can you design learning experiences that allow you to overcome the traditional structures in your classroom and create a space for your students to think, play, dream and design? Today’s workplace requires that graduates use their content knowledge for problem solving and new technologies serve as the foundation for individuals to effect change. Integrating the “20% Time Model” used by companies like Google, students are encouraged to share their passion and purpose as professionals in the 21st century. In this interactive session participants will have an opportunity to discuss ideas for how they can begin implementing the ideas shared in their classrooms. Participants will leave with an eBook containing resources and examples.
