I have been an educator for 32 years; I started my teaching career at the college level, moved to high school, returned to the college level, and finally back to high school for the past 22 years.

I hold undergraduate degrees in computer science, communications and English. I hold an M.A. in English and an M.Sc. in Management. I completed all coursework and comprehensive exams in my English doctoral program.

I became a high school librarian 19 years ago; it was the perfect time, given my interest in technology and research.

I am well-versed in library media resource acquisition, particularly electronic resources and formats, as well as information literacy skills.
