I am a 5th grade teacher at an Apple Distinguished Program School. For the past 28 years I have worked at a Title One school, dealing with the challenge of meeting the needs of a diverse population of learners. I began working with technology in 2009, when we adopted a 1:1 iPod program. In 2011 I upgraded to iPads. From 2014 to 2016 a was fortunate to be selected as a Cotsen fellow in Language Arts. About two years ago I began working with robots in my classroom, and I have enjoyed finding ways to incorporate robots into math lessons.
